Kashi Math is one of the profound mutt followed by the Goud Saraswat Brahmins Samaj. It is one of the oldest Madhva mathas, which historically dates back to the sixteenth century. It has its headquarters situated Brahma Ghat, Varanasi.

His Holiness Shri Shri Samyamindra Thirtha Swamiji is currently ‘Mathadipathi’ who holds the “Parikaras” and offers the daily pujas to the deity “Vyasa Raghupathi Narasimha” since the sad demise of our revered His Holiness Shri Shri Sudheendra Thirtha Swamiji.

H.H Shrimath Sudhindra Thirtha Swamiji, Mathadhipati of Shree Kashi Math Samsthan initiated him into Sanyas on the banks of the Holy River Ganga. The Sanyas Deeksha ceremony took place in Sri Vyasashram (Haridwar Shri Kashi Math) on the day of Jyeshta Shuddha Dashami, 20th June 2002 and the Yati was named Shrimath Samyamindra Thirtha Swamiji. The proclamation was put into effect by H.H Shrimath Sudhindra Thirtha Swamiji on the day of Vyasa Jayanthi (Guru Poornima). He is the 21st Yati of Shree Kashi Math Samsthan.
