The Core Committee, backed by Swamiji’s blessings started further work in finalising Shilpi Contractor. After due verification & negotiation, keeping in mind the credentials of Shilpi with his technical and labour support and experience in the field, decided to fix Sri Nagaraj Tantri from Jarkala near Karkala as our Shilpi. Due to adhika Shravana masa this year, entrusting Shilpi contract work to Sri Nagaraj Tantri was little delayed and on 25/08/2023 (Sri Vara Mahalaxmi Vratha day) the contract agreement was signed between the Temple Authority & Sri Nagaraj Tantri and 10% initial advance amount was handed over in front of God, invoking His blessings.
